Are you concerned about falling?
Does fear of falling hold you back from doing what you want to do?
Is it harder to walk than it used to be?
Do you fear you are in an inevitable decline?
People are falling and thinking that getting older is just a process of going down hill.
Even worse, our doctors often tell us that whatever is bothering us is just because we are getting old.
Decline is not inevitable. So why do we believe it is? Is it that we hate the idea of exercise? Maybe we have given up. Maybe we think it is too hard to fix. It's not hard to fix at all. We can reverse most of the effects of aging easily and safely. BUT to fix them we have to act.
AGE IS NOT THE ENEMY. INACTIVITY IS.
