What is Building Better Balance?
Building Better Balance is a series of 4 DVDs that help seniors improve their balance and prevent having falls. Each of the 4 DVDs in the series teaches you how to make your balance better, while at the same time focusing on different aspects of the aging process. Programs contain 45 minutes of seated exercise and 15 minutes of standing exercise. Standing exercises can be done from a seated position. These DVDs are appropriate for anyone who has had a fall, is afraid they might fall, anyone who uses a walker or cane or anyone who simply wants to improve their balance.
